Wedding Welcome Area Setup
Welcome setup styles the first space guests meet, so the arrival belongs to the same ceremony as the arch and the aisle.
When a sign is part of the arrival, it carries the wording you provide and sits on the path guests actually use.
What the welcome area includes
Before guests see the arch, they see the arrival. WC CKS can style a welcome table, a sign, and a floral or fabric note so that first pause leads toward the ceremony.
The service is decorative setup. It can be requested alone or with the aisle and ceremony setup, so the sequence feels continuous.
Tables, signs, and accents
A small table, a low arrangement, and a sign are the pieces couples most often discuss. Bring the finished sign and the wording you want guests to read. WC CKS places the sign when the proposal includes that placement.
Fabric and flowers are matched to the ceremony palette. They are selected for that entrance, then confirmed in the proposal.
The real entrance
Welcome tables often sit outdoors, under a porte-cochère, or in a hallway that is windier than the ceremony room. Tell the studio about sun, rain, and the door guests will use.
The setup follows that arrival path, even when a prettier corner is nearby. The piece should point toward the ceremony without blocking it.
Arrangements and the quote
Share the venue entrance, whether a table is already there, and the sign wording if you have it. The quote depends on the pieces requested, the materials and who provides them, the location, and the setup window.
If the welcome piece should be removed before the ceremony ends, or left in place, say which you prefer. The proposal records that arrangement.
