Tables in the setting

Wedding Table Decoration

Table decoration styles the tables that belong to the ceremony and the gathering around it, in the same palette as the rest of the setting.

Which tables this service styles

Many ceremonies need more than the vow focal point. A signing table, a memorial table, a unity table, or a small table for cards can share the same decorative idea as the arch and aisle.

Gathering tables can be discussed when you want them decorated as well. The proposal names each table by purpose, so the work stays specific.

Linen, centerpieces, and color

Ivory linen, a low floral centerpiece, candles where the venue allows them, and a few place-level details are typical directions. They are options to review, not a fixed package.

The palette is coordinated with the ceremony. If you are bringing glassware, a guest book, or framed photographs, the studio can place them as part of the styling.

Sizes, materials, and responsibilities

List the tables by purpose and add approximate sizes if you have them. Say which linens, flowers, or objects you will provide, and which ones you want the proposal to include.

Tableware for a meal is not part of this service. If a gathering table is included, the proposal describes the decoration and leaves food service with your caterer.

A quote for the tables you name

Pricing follows the number and size of the tables, the centerpiece and linen direction, the materials, the location, and the setup time. Wording on signs comes from you. The studio places the text you supply.

Ask if any pieces need to be cleared after the ceremony. That removal is confirmed in the proposal rather than assumed.

What you can discuss

  • Styling for the tables named in the proposal, such as signing, memorial, unity, or card tables
  • Linen, centerpiece, and place-level details when the proposal includes them
  • Arrangement of pieces you are bringing, such as a guest book or a family object
  • Color and material coordination with the ceremony decoration

What helps us prepare a quote
