Wedding Ceremony Setup
Ceremony setup is the on-site preparation of the decorative space where the vows take place, so the focal area and its surroundings feel like one setting.
What ceremony setup is
WC CKS prepares the decorative ceremony area at the location you name. The work is the visual arrangement guests see during the vows: the focal point, the path toward it, and the nearby surfaces that belong in the same view.
You can request ceremony setup on its own or with an arch, an aisle, a backdrop, tables, or a welcome area. The proposal names which of those areas are included.
Decorative work you can discuss
Couples usually talk through the ceremony focal point, how the pieces relate to one another, and where each element should sit in the room or on the lawn. Floral and fabric ideas can be part of that conversation. They are chosen for the ceremony, not taken from a standing catalog.
Placement covers the agreed decorative elements only. Chairs, platforms, and other venue furnishings are discussed so the decoration fits around them.
What to share before a quote
The useful starting points are the venue, whether the ceremony is indoors or outdoors, the direction guests will face, and the time the space can be entered. Photos of the room or lawn help.
Also say which other WC CKS services you want considered, and whether you are bringing flowers, fabric, or other pieces for the studio to place.
How the setup is agreed
After the first note, WC CKS reviews the styling preferences against the real space and the venue’s access rules. The written proposal can name the decoration areas, the selected styling, the event location, materials and who provides them, the setup window, any removal that is included, and the fee.
The fee depends on the decorative work, the location, the materials, the venue’s requirements, and the setup arrangements. A quote is prepared for that ceremony.
