Wedding Arch Decoration

Arch decoration styles the frame guests look toward during the vows, then places that finish on site for the ceremony.

What arch decoration covers

The arch is the visual frame for the vows. WC CKS styles that frame so it belongs with the rest of the ceremony: the outer line, the drape or foliage, and the way the decoration meets the ground.

The service is decorative styling and on-site setup. If a frame is already at the venue, the studio can dress it when the venue allows the work. If a frame still needs to be obtained, the proposal says who supplies it before the wedding date.

Floral and fabric preferences

Some ceremonies call for a quiet outline. Others suit a fuller cluster of flowers at one side, or a champagne drape inside the frame. Those are styling options to discuss. They become part of the work only when the proposal names them.

Flower and fabric choices are matched to the aisle, backdrop, and welcome area when those services are included, so the ceremony has one palette.

Dimensions, placement, and the quote

Share the venue, whether the ceremony is exposed to wind, and any height or attachment rule the venue has given you. A photo of the existing frame, or its approximate size, lets the studio judge the finish.

An individual quote reflects the styling requested, the frame situation, the location, the materials, and the time needed on site. Availability of a particular flower or fabric is confirmed in the proposal, not assumed from this page.

From the request to setup day

Choose Wedding Arch Decoration, or a combination if the arch belongs with ceremony setup, an aisle, or a backdrop. The proposal then lists the finish, the placement, the materials and responsibilities, the setup window, and the fee.

If the arch needs to come down after the ceremony, say so. Removal is included only when the proposal lists it.

What you can discuss

  • A styling direction for the arch or focal frame named in the proposal
  • Floral, fabric, or greenery preferences discussed for that ceremony
  • Placement that fits the ceremony space and the venue’s height and wind conditions
  • On-site decorative setup of the agreed finish

What helps us prepare a quote

  • Whether a frame is already at the venue or will be supplied for the event
  • Approximate width and height, if you know them
  • Indoor or outdoor exposure, including wind
  • How full or quiet you want the floral and fabric finish to be
