How Ceremony Decoration Works

Four steps, from the first note to the plan for the ceremony day. The written proposal names the decoration, the materials, and the fee.

01

Share wedding details

The quote form is one way to start. Email to [email protected] and a call to +1 407 628 5639 are the others. Include the venue and which areas you want decorated: ceremony setup, an arch, an aisle, a backdrop, tables, a welcome area, or a combination.

A few photographs of the space, and any venue notes you already have, make the first conversation more useful.

02

Discuss styling preferences

Useful details include indoor or outdoor ceremony, when the space can be entered, and any limits on fabric, greenery, petals, or flame.

Floral and fabric ideas are discussed for that wedding. The proposal later names which materials are included and who provides them.

03

Review the proposed scope

The proposal is where the decoration areas, selected styling, event location, materials and responsibilities, setup arrangements, timing, and pricing are written down. Any removal after the ceremony is included only if the proposal says so.

The fee depends on the decorative work, the location, the materials, the venue’s requirements, and the agreed setup. Pages on this website describe the studio. They are not a fee schedule.

04

Confirm the arrangements

Setup follows the access window and the decoration described there. The studio prepares those pieces on site at the event location.

Questions that come up after the proposal are handled in writing as well, so the plan and the day match.

What to include

A useful first note

You do not need every answer. Location and the service you want considered are the parts the form requires.

  • Your name and an email address the studio can answer
  • Event location: venue name or address
  • The service, or a combination of services
  • Wedding date, if it is already chosen
  • Guest count, if you know it
  • Indoor or outdoor setting, if you know it
  • Styling preferences, venue rules, and any sign wording you already have
