What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of data a site can ask your browser to store. Some cookies remember a login or a preference. Others are used by advertising or analytics companies to recognize a browser across sites.
Cookies set by WC CKS
The pages on wccks.com do not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. The quote form does not use a cookie to store your answers. The form handler does not start a login session. Fonts and images are files on this website, not requests to a font service.
Because the site does not set non-essential cookies, it does not show a consent banner. A banner would suggest tracking that this website does not use.
The map
On the contact page, the office address is visible without a map. If you select “Load the office map,” your browser requests an embedded map from Google. Google may set or read cookies at that point under Google’s own policy. If you use the text link to open Google Maps, the same is true once you are on Google’s site.
You do not have to load the map to contact WC CKS. The address, email, and phone are on the page.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies should not stop you from reading this website or submitting the quote form, because those actions do not depend on a WC CKS cookie. Blocking cookies may change how Google’s map behaves after you choose to load it.
If the site changes
If WC CKS later adds analytics, advertising, or another embedded service that sets cookies, this page will be updated to name the tool before that service is turned on. The related notice is the privacy policy.
