Information we collect
If you use the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and the ceremony location and service you select. Phone, wedding date, guest count, decoration preferences, and a message are included when you choose to provide them.
If you email or call the studio, we receive what you choose to send. This website does not record phone calls.
The hosting service may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser type. This policy does not set a retention period for those logs. That period is part of the hosting setup, and it is not published here.
Why we collect it
Wedding inquiries are used to read your request, ask any needed follow-up questions, and reply. Submitting the form does not create an account. It starts a conversation about ceremony decoration.
We use reasonable checks so the form can reject incomplete notes and reduce automated submissions. Those checks are there to protect the inquiry process.
How inquiries are handled
A completed request is sent by email to [email protected], so the studio can read it and reply to the email address you provided. The website does not keep quote requests in a database on the site.
A page that says a request was submitted means the form was accepted for delivery. It is not proof that the message has already reached the studio inbox. If you do not hear back, write or call using the details above.
Email may pass through the hosting provider’s mail service on the way to [email protected]. That delivery is part of sending your inquiry. It is not an advertising list.
Service providers
The site host delivers the pages and the inquiry email. We do not sell personal information, and inquiry details are not sent to an advertising network.
The contact page shows the office address without a map. If you choose “Load the office map,” or open the maps link, your browser contacts Google. Google may receive your IP address and use cookies under its own rules. You can find the office from the written address without loading the map.
Analytics and advertising
These pages do not use analytics tools or advertising cookies, and the quote form does not save a draft in your browser. Fonts and images are loaded from this website.
More detail is in the cookie policy. If WC CKS later adds analytics, advertising, or another embedded service, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated to name it before that service is used.
Children
This website is written for adults planning or asking about a wedding ceremony. It is not directed at children, and the studio does not knowingly collect information from children through the form.
Your choices
You can ask what inquiry information the studio still has in its mailbox, and you can ask for a request email it still holds to be deleted. Write to [email protected]. The studio can delete mail it controls. A copy kept by a mail provider or in a server log may remain outside that mailbox. This policy does not promise a specific deletion time.
You can skip the map and use the address, phone, and email instead.
