Plain answers about the studio’s work, the Orlando office, and what a quote request does not do.
What does WC CKS do at a wedding?
WC CKS styles and sets up wedding ceremony spaces at the location you name. The work can include ceremony setup, an arch, an aisle, a backdrop, tables, and a welcome area, in the combination you request.
The studio’s focus is decorative styling and on-site setup for those ceremony areas. Planning, officiating, photography, catering, venue booking, marriage registration, and construction of structures are separate roles. A full description of those boundaries is on this page.
Is WC CKS a wedding planning agency?
No. WC CKS is a ceremony decoration studio.
Couples and the planners they already have can ask the studio to prepare specific ceremony areas. The written proposal names which areas are included.
Does sending the form reserve our wedding date?
No. The form asks the studio to review the ceremony.
The date, the services, and the fee are written in a proposal if WC CKS offers the work. Until that proposal is accepted, the date is not held.
Where do you set up ceremonies?
WC CKS is based in Orlando, Florida, and sets up ceremonies in Orlando and Central Florida. The office address is 5021 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL 32810.
The event location is part of every quote request. Setup happens at that location.
Do you officiate, photograph, cater, or book the venue?
Those roles stay with the people you hire for them. WC CKS does not officiate, photograph the wedding, cater, book the venue, or register the marriage.
The studio prepares the decorative ceremony areas named in the proposal.
Do you build arches, stages, or other structures?
No. Arch decoration and backdrop styling dress a frame or a background. They are not structural construction.
If a frame or support is already at the venue, or is supplied for the event, the studio can decorate it when that is reasonable and the venue allows it. Who supplies a frame is written in the proposal.
Do you publish prices or a rental list?
Quotes are prepared for the ceremony in front of you. The fee depends on the decorative work, the location, the materials, the venue’s requirements, and the setup arrangements.
The website does not publish a fee schedule or a rental catalog. Materials and who provides them are clarified in the proposal.
Can the decoration services be combined?
Yes. You can ask for one service or several. The quote form includes each service and a choice for a combination.
The proposal lists the areas that are actually included, so the ceremony can be styled as one setting.
How should we handle venue rules?
Share the venue’s decoration rules if you have them. Venues often guide flame, petals, attachments, arrival time, and what must be removed afterward.
WC CKS plans the decoration within those rules. A request on this website is not approval from the venue.
Who provides flowers, fabric, and other materials?
That is decided for each wedding. Some pieces may be included in the proposal. Others may be items you bring for the studio to place.
The proposal names the materials and the responsibilities. A particular flower or fabric is confirmed there, not assumed from the photographs on this site.
Is cleanup included?
Removal after the ceremony is included only when the proposal says so.
If something needs to be taken down the same day, mention it in the request so it can be part of the plan.
Who writes the wording on signs?
You do. If a sign is part of the welcome or a table, the wording should come from you.
Bring the finished sign. WC CKS places it when the proposal includes that placement.
